"I have lived at the country wood apartments going on Four years. I love our little community. I get along with most my neighbors and it is mostly a family oriented vibe. What I love most about these apartments is the small events that are held for the tenants. We have movie nights, haunted house parties located by the pool, and even BBQs. The play ground has beautiful grills located on site. It makes everything so convenient when you have little ones."

hold deposit

To secure the unit, a non-refundable holding deposit of $250.00 is required within 48 hours of notification of application approval.

Failure to submit the holding deposit within this timeframe will result in the unit being released and made available to other prospective applicants.

Please note that the holding deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. However, if you proceed with the lease, the full $250.00 will be applied toward your security deposit at move-in.
